OUR STORY BEGINS IN
"FIROSTEFANI"
An Old traditional Windmill built in 1872 in Firostefani, has been converted into a beautiful restaurant in the year 1997 with a big courtyard full of flowers and colors, a roof garden terrace with the best view of the Caldera and the Volcano of Santorini island in Greece.
FIROSTEFANI VILLAGE
Firostefani village is the continuation of Fira, the Capital of Santorini. This place is a traditional Caldera area village, with hotels, traditional houses and villas overlooking the Volcano of Santorini.
A picturesque square built on the edge of the caldera with the church of St. Gerasimos surrounded by cypresses.
Between Firostefani and Imerovigli is the monastery of Agios Nikolaos where the current location moved in 1890.
You can walk through the narrow streets of the village and admire the beautiful churches with blue domes, small coffee shops, souvenirs and beautiful pictures overlooking the Caldera.
The name Firostefani in Greek Language means "Crown of Fira" , the word: "stephani" means crown in greek.
You can enjoy the famous sunset from here combining a unique romantic dinner in our restaurant by our special Greek flavors.
